I've never molded it; I just chill the cooked berries in the fridge and put it in a serving bowl. Also, I usually add some orange zest, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of cloves for a little something different. <br /><br />I am enjoying reading your blog; I'm a JoC devotée myself and use that cookbook for everything.
